Kiss-Me-Not

Your rusted mouth:
bunched-up lips,
an assembly of roses,
that familiar carmine.

Your breath:
a flute of herb
and exotic notes.

Your pucker:
a hit of forget-me-nots
in the collecting.
I, a sucker,
torn asunder
by the mere
gesture.
